KundliDost is made by Sheela Labs, an independent software studio in India. Email is the only support channel, and it is read by the people who build the app.
We aim to reply within two working days. Writing in Hindi or English is equally fine.
What to include
- A wrong calculation: the birth date, exact time and place you entered, and what you expected. We check it against the ephemeris and write back either way.
- A bug: your Android version, what you tapped, and what happened.
- Billing: the email address on the account and the date of the payment.
- Privacy or data deletion: the email address on the account. You can also delete everything yourself from the account deletion page.
Please note
We cannot give personal astrological consultations by email, and we do not sell remedies, gemstones or puja services. The readings in the app are computer-generated guidance for reflection, not medical, legal or financial advice.
Response times
Email is answered by the people who build KundliDost, not by a support desk, so a reply usually takes a working day or two — longer over a weekend or a festival. If a reply matters and none has arrived within a week, send the message again; it is more likely to have been lost than ignored.
Account deletion requests are acted on whether or not we reply first: the deletion itself is automatic from inside the app, and the same request by email is honoured within 30 days, as the privacy policy sets out.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security or privacy problem — a way to reach another person's chart, chat or account — please email support@kundlidost.in with the words "security report" in the subject, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. Reports are welcome and taken seriously; there is no bounty programme.
