1. The service
KundliDost generates Vedic birth charts (kundli), daily horoscopes (rashifal), and AI-assisted astrology readings based on the birth details you provide. Charts are computed with the Swiss Ephemeris using the Lahiri ayanamsa.
2. Guidance, not advice
All content in KundliDost — horoscopes, chat answers, lucky numbers and colours, upay suggestions — is for guidance, reflection, and entertainment. It is not professional, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and no outcome is predicted or guaranteed. For important decisions, consult a qualified professional.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use KundliDost.
- You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete my account).
4. Free plan and KundliDost Plus
- The free plan includes your kundli, daily rashifal, and 3 AI questions per day (reset at midnight IST).
- KundliDost Plus (₹99/month) unlocks unlimited AI questions. Each payment extends your Plus period by 30 days. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plus is a prepaid period, not an auto-renewing subscription; when it ends, your account returns to the free plan.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service — including attempting to bypass usage limits, probing other people's accounts, or using the AI chat to generate harmful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Liability
KundliDost is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on astrological content, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
