Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your KundliDost account and all associated personal data at any time, directly inside the app. No email or form is required.

Steps to delete your account (in the app)

1. Open the KundliDost app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap “Delete my account”.
4. Confirm on the prompt. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes all of your personal data, including:

• Your name, email address, and password (or Google account link)
• Your birth details (date, time, and place of birth)
• Your generated kundli (birth chart)
• Your AI chat history and questions
• Your profile photo, if you added one
• Your usage counters and app-activity data

What is retained

Only payment ledger records required by law for accounting are retained, and these contain no personal profile data (name, email, birth details, or chat). They are kept only for the statutory accounting period and cannot be used to identify you within the app.

Prefer to request it by email?

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address at support@kundlidost.in with the subject “Delete my account”, and we will remove your account and data within 7 days.
